You hear it all the time, "Well, I started working out and then I got sick and I never got back into it." People use that same tired excuse all the time. And I am so proud of myself that I didn't use it earlier this month. The dramatic part of me would say I was on my death bed for the better part of a week. But the rational part of me would say I was slightly ill for about two days. Therefore, the truth is I was fairly ill for three or four days. Nevertheless, I didn't work out for an entire week but when I was feeling better I eased my way back into it by doing one of Back On Pointe's Morning Workouts three days for a week. But now I'm back into the swing of things and ready to get back into the groove of things.

Tuesday 26:
- Legs: Kill those legs!
Wednesday 27:
- Cardio: Tony Little Gazelle
- Abs: All-Over Abs (2 sets)
Thursday 28:
Friday 29:
- Cardio: Basic Cardio
- Arms: Load Your Guns
Saturday 30:
- Abs: All Over Abs (1 set)
